Observation

Entering preschool room, licensor could see that the teacher in the room had the 10 children seated on the floor in the space to the far right of the entry door where the sleep cots are stacked. Licensor noticed the teacher had moved a portable bookcase in front of the entry way blocking off this area so the children could not leave the space unless the teacher moved the bookcase.
